Roman Ellefson is the newest member at the Jackson/Roskelley Wealth Advisors team as Client Relationship Consultant. He strives daily to assiduously provide exceptional service for the firm’s clients. Being there in strong and overwhelming times is where Roman shines. He began his time in November 2022 and is grateful to be around such great individuals at JRWA.

Prior to joining the team, Roman worked at The Vanguard Group, an esteemed asset management firm founded by the late John Bogle. Working as both Client Relationship Associate and high net worth Consultant allowed Roman to gather financial acumen, provide sound investment guidance for clients, and further expand an understanding of the global sphere of finance. Roman also worked with his family’s business as the Chief Operating Officer, where he assiduously sought to provide clear guidance on processes and refining them as well as furthering and fostering rapports with clients and vendors alike. When working alongside clients, Roman likes to provide a holistic approach and be their advocate as needed. Finally, Roman worked in the entertainment industry where he supported a successful and highly reputable live entertainment promoter in Paradise Valley, AZ as the finance support. From working in markets such as Phoenix, AZ to New York City, NY, Roman was apart of a team that put on over 150+ shows prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Acts included Chicago, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Gordon Lightfoot, and Styx among many more. Quite the effort and introduction for someone who grew up with music in his blood (father David served as the longtime bassist and co-founder of Megadeth, and mother Julie worked in booking and management for acts such as Bon Jovi, Megadeth, and Motley Crṻe).

Outside of JRWA, Roman is staying close to home or taking an occasional vacation. Hobbies include attending live entertainment, cooking with his parents, performing community service, playing card games as well as basketball and golf, reading books or news articles, and watching sports and tv.

Roman is an MBA graduate from Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University. His concentrations being in Finance and Sports Business. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration through Northern Arizona University with a Global Business Emphasis. Roman aspires to attend law school one day and serve as an estate planning/contracts lawyer as well as licensed sports agent. Residing in Scottsdale, you can find Roman around town on the weekends or in the JRWA office during the week.
